Thailand was the second country I went to in Asia. I went to the city of Chiang Mai. I was there for about a week, going on different tours every day.
I visited Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a large and gorgeous temple.

I went to Doi Inthanon, the highest mountain in Thailand. While I was there, I visited two temples: Naphamethinidon (built to honor the king of Thailand) and Naphaphonphumisiri (built to honor the queen of Thailand). I also saw Wachirathan Waterfall.

I rode on an elephant through the jungle, drifted down a river on a bamboo raft, and explored an interesting cave.

I visited several temples while I was in Chiang Mai, including Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh, Wat Suan Dok, and Wat Chiang Man.

Thailand, and specifically Chiang Mai, is a great place to go if you want to see intriguing architecture, stunning natural places, and charming people.
