North America is unlike the other continents I have been to due to the simple fact that it was the continent I was born and raised on. I was born and raised in Costa Rica, a country in Central America. After graduating from high school, I moved to the United States, where I currently live. For this page, I will focus on my travels around the United States. In another post, I will talk about my life and travels in Costa Rica.

I first moved to the United States to attend university in Florida. I now live in Oregon, where the rest of my family also resides. I have been to numerous states in the country, and I have visited many cities, towns, and rural areas.

Some notable cities I have been to include New York, Washington D.C., and Las Vegas.

Some national parks I have been to include the Grand Canyon, Crater Lake, Lassen Volcanic, Yosemite, Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Saguaro, Indiana Dunes, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Zion.

Some other notables places I have been to are Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Devils Tower.

I have seen a good deal of wild animals in the United States, including raccoons, skunks, porcupines, deer, elk, moose, bison, black bears, squirrels, snakes, bullfrogs, and bald eagles.

I went to university in central Florida, and I saw some interesting places there and in nearby areas.

I live in southern Oregon now, and there is a lot of natural beauty here.

I hope to continue exploring the United States in the years to come, and see more of the fascinating things that this country has to offer.

To see Utah’s five national parks (Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Zion), I went on Tourradar’s “Utah’s 5 National Parks in 5 Days – Camping” tour. Tourradar has lots of awesome tours to North America. Check them out!

Another operator that I often use when traveling is Viator. Viator has lots of awesome tours, too. Check them out! To view a collection of the experiences that I have personally partaken in and highly recommend, go here.

Many of the photographs displayed on this website were taken with a Nikon D3400 digital camera. I use a 70-300mm zoom lens. You can find this camera for sale on Amazon by clicking here. NOTE: The link provided is a paid link. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
